We all ask questions. If we are willing to embrace some more penetrating questions. And get in the habit of asking those every time we make even a medium sized decision, we’re just going to make better decisions.
The proof that there’s a relationship between good decisions and good questions is this: when people think about their worst decision, whether it’s a financial decision, business decision, or a relationship decision. On the other side of a bad decision, we always think or even say: I should have asked more questions. Which is true. Because if we ask the right questions on the front end, we generally have fewer regrets on the back end.
To lead ourselves well we have to be honest with ourselves.
