As a business coach, writer, and speaker, I believe in championing women, encouraging the next generation of leaders, and celebrating the amazing things women are doing in the world.
Every month, I’ll highlight ten women who make the world a better place by leading and loving well. Go follow and support them, they’re doing awesome things!
Tricia is a makeup artist, wife, and mom working to make the world a more joy-filled place from her home just outside of Chicago. Through her Instagram, YouTube, and Zoom makeup classes, Tricia teaches women how to use simple makeup tools to enhance their confidence and embrace their God-given beauty.
During her time as an event producer, makeup store manager, and bridal makeup artist, Tricia has learned alongside many brilliant entrepreneurs. In her podcast, Tea Time with Trish, she highlights these fellow creatives united by a common thread: using their talents in the time they’ve been given, to shine their light in what can feel like a dark world.
When she’s not sharing makeup tips or motherhood joys over tea, she can be found having dance parties in the living room (complete with disco ball) or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
Rebecca is the founder and visionary of Do The Thing Movement – a podcast community where listeners are cheered on each week to make God known through their creative mission.
She is a speaker, writer, certified career coach, and podcast interview coach whose greatest joy in life is discipling others to pursue their passions in a way that builds the Kingdom.
She is also a Project Manager for the Blythe Daniel Literary Agency. In her free time, you can find her running outside, writing, or trying a new recipe with Garth Brooks playing in the background.
Stephanie is an editor and associate publisher for Zondervan Books, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers, where she takes great joy in supporting, stretching, and championing authors as they bring the best out of their message.
She has worked in book + magazine publishing for over a decade, developing bestselling and award-winning writers, and it’s both her job and her joy to be ever on the lookout for bold angles that spark fresh.
She writes the pop-up email newsletter, SLANT LETTER, created to help you find your angle, write like you mean it, and do it in style—all from an editor on the inside of the publishing process.
Jenny is an Alabama-born Nigerian woman who is an author, speaker, wife to a handsome Viking from Iceland, and mother to four equally cute and fierce mocha drops.
After twelve years in pastoral ministry at The Rock FWC in Huntsville, AL, her family followed the call of God to live and serve in Iceland. Her books, including Becoming His and Milk & Honey in the Land of Fire & Ice, are designed to help women cultivate Christ-Centered identity, intimacy, and influence.
She has also written for various blogs and devotionals, spoken at conferences, gatherings, and small groups, and continues to do so in and from Iceland.
Jenny is the founder of Milk & Honey Women and Milk & Honey Books, where she encourages others to remain firmly rooted in Christ, stir the gifts of God within them, and step boldly into their God-breathed purposes.
Jenny is a wife and mom of three big kids (mid-teens to early 20s). She has been blogging at Jenny On the Spot nearly for 16 years where, as a “lifestyle blogger” (her license to chase all the squirrels), she has written and vlogged about topics including but not limited to: parenting, recipes, crafting, faith, and just… life.
In 2020 she added author to her bio when Adulting for Christians: An Interactive Guide to Keeping the Faith While Learning the Ropes was published in March.
As the mother of kids launching and settling into the adulting space (and honorary mom to so many of their friends), writing a faith-led guide book and devotional for her most beloved and oftentimes most perplexing age-group of humans was an honor and dream come true.
What mom doesn’t dream about publishing a book full of her “sound” advice, right?
With a love of culinary and entertaining, Kristen is a classically trained pastry chef, graduating from The French Culinary Institute with a pastry arts degree.

Joy + Oliver is the home to many family recipes and memories as well as a way to teach others how to create beautiful and delicious desserts in your own home.

As a certified coach with the John Maxwell Team, she develops everyday leaders through her You Are Called mentorship program.

Caroline is an educator, speaker, podcaster, and Simplicity and Purpose Coach for Christian mothers. Caroline believes that we are all meant for this life we’ve been called to and has made it her mission to help mothers conquer overwhelm, get unstuck, and step into their calling in life and motherhood.
She helps mothers recognize that, while motherhood is one of their most important callings, it’s not their only calling, and that they have permission to pursue each desire God has placed on their heart unapologetically by surrendering those dreams to the Lord and pursuing them in a way that honors their season of motherhood.
Caroline is a grateful wife and mother of two beautiful girls and one bonus son. Caroline obtained her Bachelor’s degree in journalism from Howard University in Washington, DC, and spent five years teaching special education before transitioning to a full-time mama and creative entrepreneur.
You can find Caroline rocking a pair of mom-jeans, sipping on her re-heated coffee, home-educating her kiddos, and watching The Crown with her sweet husband.
Sarah is a wife, mom, sister and friend, living on the sunny east coast of Florida. She is the Editor in Chief at Mom Mentor, and fiercely believes in the purpose and power of encouraging moms in their everyday lives. An evangelist at heart, she loves to blaze new creative paths to share the love and saving grace of Jesus.
She speaks, writes, and has recently released a collaborative book with the Mom Mentor team, What Other Moms Never Told Me. Her passion is to create spaces for women to find their voice, grow together, and be encouraged to go where God is calling them.
When she isn’t writing, speaking and pouring into Mom Mentor, she serves her community by leading small groups, Bible studies, and co-leading her local Moms Club. (But you may find her at the beach with an iced coffee and her shades on too).
