Lianna Bond
Lianna is co-founder of The Simple Mission, an online ministry, which she started with her husband, that equips men and women to discover their mission according to God’s plan. She also co-hosts The Simple Mission Podcast with David, her husband, where they discuss numerous topics with a biblical perspective.
Lianna fiercely believes every single person has a purpose and mission from God, no matter their stage in life or the trials they have gone through.
Her life story starts off rocky because she is hard of hearing, has worn hearing aids since the age of three, and she was told by “experts” she would never be smart, funny, or communicate verbally.
By the grace and strength of God, Lianna boldly defied all odds by graduating with her bachelors’ degree in communications and is now co-hosting a podcast with her husband.
Her mission is to share with others that if God can work through her in order to glorify His Name, then He will do the impossible because no purpose of God can ever be stopped.
Lianna also enjoys writing for The Simple Mission blog and helping out in the media team at her church. You can typically find Lianna with a cup of coffee, a book in hand, or laughing about a random meme or YouTube video.

Shala W. Graham
Shala is an uncompromised voice for change, challenging people to live a life that courageously chases their calling. She is the lead minister of Calling Qualified Ministries, which inspires and mobilizes God’s women to answer their calling to Jesus, regardless of where they are in life, by teaching, sending, rejuvenating, and equipping them for the work God prepared in advance for them to do.
As a Partner/Pastor launching the Seeds + Water Collective, Shala dreams of ending the spiritual refugee crisis in America by presenting an unvarnished viewpoint of Jesus.
A former youth pastor, Shala loves traveling across the country in the summer, preaching the gospel at youth conferences, and writing curriculum for youth ministries. She also writes for Proverbs 31 Ministries’ Encouragement of Today devotions.
Based in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, Shala enjoys spending time with her husband of 15 years, whom she met while playing ultimate Frisbee at the National Mall.

Melissa Aura Lani – Rae Halliman
Melissa is a young medical student who is passionate about winning the lost at any cost. She is on a journey to introduce everyone she knows to Jesus Christ: The one who changed her life forever.
Melissa grew up in Kingston, Jamaica but went to China to study where she was introduced and had the privilege of serving in ministry. She launched a blog entitled Minute with Melissa where she shares exhortations of Jesus Christ to many around the world.
She hopes that many people will be drawn to an intimate and life-changing relationship with God through His Word and give themselves wholly to loving, seeking, and serving Him.
Niki Hardy
Our next Woman Worth Following is Niki. She is a Brit living in the USA, a cancer survivor, pastor’s wife, and teller of terrible jokes. Niki is also the author of Breathe Again: How to Live Well When Life Falls Apart, and the host of a devotional style podcast called Chemo Chair Prayers.
She is all about meeting you when life’s not fair and helping you discover that with God, life doesn’t have to be pain-free. It can be full, and you can go live it!

Aryn Michelle
Aryn is a faith-based, eclectic pop singer/songwriter from Dallas, Texas. Aryn’s calling is to create challenging songs for people of faith.
From her 2015 album Depth, which focused on seeking spiritual depth, to 2017’s The Realest Thing, a concept album on Christian apologetics, Aryn strives to release insightful music that asks hard questions and seeks real answers.
Aryn’s upcoming album Pariah, songs about biblical outcasts, is being released as singles all throughout 2021. The first single The Limit is streaming everywhere online now!
Aryn is also a wife and mother of four that serves as a lay worship leader at Irving Bible Church.

Mariela Rosario
Mariela is a spoken word artist, writer, and coach from San Diego, California. After having a radical encounter with God in 2015, Mariela has dedicated her life to the work of the ministry.
Mariela founded and runs She Speaks Fire full time which has grown to be an international ministry impacting thousands of souls daily for Christ. Her passion is to see women walking boldly in their God-given purpose.

Colleen Smith
Speaker, writer, life coach and advocate for the lost, broken and forgotten, Colleen was once all of these things. She found redemption in Baltimore, Maryland after leaving a life of trauma and shame behind in Kansas.
Firm in the belief that she represents God’s work in building beauty from ashes, Colleen believes that her past helps her relate and remind others that they are not alone in their journey.
Colleen set out to revolutionize urban ministry in Baltimore City. In 2011, she co-founded G.E.M. (Gospel Education Mentoring) and has since mentored hundreds of underserved students in the glory of God’s message.
She works with them to strive for the best in their education and personal lives. Colleen finds purpose in serving the lost, the broken, and the forgotten, guiding them towards God’s loving light.
Outside of speaking events, Colleen wanted a way to connect more deeply with the population she felt closest to: women. The Restoration Experience is a ministry that walks women through their own personal restoration. The experience is a two-day retreat designed to guide women towards finding freedom, grace, redemption, and victory in their God stories.
Recently, Restoration Story Coaching was birthed out of this experience. Coaching allows Colleen to walk alongside women who are ready to more intimately dig into their stories, shed the shame the world pins on them, and run towards the victory God has for them.
Colleen strives to show other women that they are not beautiful or worthy based on the opinions of others, but rather through the light God shines through them.
When not speaking or loving people you can find her working on her first book, being a single mama to a sweet teenage boy she’s adopting, trying a new vegan recipe, or hosting her friends for a game night.

Our final Woman Worth Following is Michele, a certified Leadership Coach with over 20 years of experience in education. Over the course of her educational career, Michele always had a heart to serve others.
This desire continued to become stronger and resulted in the transition from educational leader to entrepreneur. The vision became clear and she founded The Equipped Woman to equip women to live purposed, productive and prosperous.
The Equipped Woman offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, online courses, and other resources to equip women to fearlessly pursue purpose, lead with confidence, and experience God’s abundance in every area of their life.
The Equipped Woman also provides a network for women to connect, collaborate, and build community. The network provides the encouragement needed to walk confidently in their purpose to create transformation in their life, and the lives of those they are called to serve.
