Ashley Brown
Ashley Brown is founder and owner of Routine and Things. At her core, she is a southern girl who loves God, iced lattes, and anything from Target. She is also a momma of 2 cuties, author, educator, and self proclaimed routine queen!
She founded Routine and Things after experiencing a rough transition from working mom to stay at home mom. Long story short, she lost sight of herself and her home and it took her far too long to get back to living a life she enjoyed.
Want to know what helped? Routine.
Routine became the constant she relied on and helped her get organized enough to begin enjoying life again. It hasn’t been an easy road to get to her happy place but she is using what she has learned along the journey to equip women like you, to live your happiest life one routine at a time.
Lavinia Brown
Having only just scraped through the painful initiation into her own childhood trauma that motherhood made her come to terms with, Lavinia Brown (MA Oxon) decided to dedicate herself to passing on the tools that helped her to heal. For the past 7 years, she has been working as a trauma-informed, psychodynamic coach who supports mothers to stop feeling anxious, depressed and angry by understanding how their past is affecting their present and by integrating experiences that were too painful to process at the time.
Part French, Spanish, Austro-Hungarian, Scottish and English, Lavinia has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Paris, Bali, Goa, Geneva, Spain, London and Cambridge and now lives with her partner and 3 children on the Costa Brava in Spain.
