I’m proud to announce this month’s group of Women Worth Following – inspiring women you’ll want to get to know! Every month I feature nine awesome women who are changing the world. I can’t wait for you to check out these amazing women, and don’t forget to follow them too!
Hanne De Vleeschouwer
Hanne is a 25 year old Dutch digital content creator and text journalist. She previously lived in the city and worked six days a week which left her feeling constantly stressed out and rushed through life from morning until evening. She longed for simpler days and to be surrounded by nature. Last year she made a huge leap and decided to leave her job in the city to live in a tiny house in the Belgian woods. She now embraces her sustainable life and has found time to enjoy new hobbies as well as continuing her passion for writing and creating at her own pace.
Dr. Alexia Gillen
Dr. Alexia Gillen is a family medicine doctor in Rapid City, South Dakota, and is affiliated with Rapid City Regional Hospital. She is also a life coach who is on a mission to help women physicians who are trying their best to leave clinic at the end of their day with all their clinical work and charting done yet seem to never get caught up. Alexia went through a couple of burnout phases as a practicing physician with no boundaries and made the decision to fully focus on her medical informatics role. This has allowed her to step back and take care of herself as well as work through the different burnout phases and also see how her fellow physicians are struggling.
Jillian Hankins
Jillian teaches mamas to get nourishing food on the table and create slow seasonal rhythms with their family. She provides courses, freebies, guides, and memberships for mommas on her website at: www.jillianmargaretwellness.com.

Lauren is a passionate, faith-based creator with a hunger for captivation through engaging storytelling and visuals. With 5+ years of experience and 200k+ audience members across all platforms, she specializes in producing content for sustainable brands and making content that inspires. Her mission is to entertain, educate, and inspire audiences through her unique perspective and creative approach. She brings a blend of professionalism, creativity, and authenticity to every piece of content.
Debbie Little
God gave Debbie the vision to create The Radiant Faith Project in 2018. She loves connecting with others and building amazing relationships around the world. Her passion is to help women grow confidently in their faith with Jesus while also discovering their purpose and developing a closer relationship with God.
Jayda Martin
After leaving the 9-5 to start a business in only five days, Jayda Martin has become an Online Business Mentor and Brand Strategist, helping others leave their 9-5 to create profitable online businesses. She’s a hobby enthusiast, ministry college graduate, and is extremely passionate about slow living. Her signature phrase is: work less, make more, and be mom most. Jayda is married to her college sweetheart, Conner, and resides in gorgeous Huntsville, Alabama.
Lydia Parish
Lydia has been leading expeditions for Overland Missions as a full-time missionary since January 2022 while creating media and capturing stories from the field. Her passion for missions began when she realized the urgency of winning souls for Christ when she was just 12 years old. She realized that it’s not so much about what she does but the goal of seeing people’s lives transformed. After she graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Tech, she transitioned out of her industry job working at a local TV station in the commercial department. She’s now pursuing missions full-time with Overland Missions.
Her current position within the organization is as an Expedition Leader. She’s able to use her gifting in photography & videography to share about what God is doing around the world through their teams. As an expedition leader, she evangelizes and connects people with the missionary that stays within an area for an extended period of time. It is a very logistical branch of ministry work that also seeks to mobilize the church and individuals to join on short term trips who have a passion for reaching the lost. They run a structured 10-day expedition in a local area/village where the planted missionary is seeking to create Bible studies and do discipleship. During these last two years, Lydia has led expeditions in Zambia, Zanzibar, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ethiopia, Cambodia, and Undisclosed.
Morgan Prinsloo
Morgan is an interior designer and brand strategist specializing in Pinterest and Instagram who has helped 10+ businesses skyrocket their reach. Before becoming a brand strategist, she held management positions in customer service and was a private nanny for close to a decade. With her unique background she’s able to hone her ability to connect with people on a personal level and in turn, create marketing content that instantly resonates with the targeted audience. Being an Interior Designer, she has a special passion to help other designers and home-centered businesses reach their ideal clients.
At home, she loves spending time with her husband Sheldon, their precious new baby boy, and rambunctious Husky-German Shepherd mix. Morgan enjoys good design, British history and culture, her hobby veggie garden, and of course… lots of coffee!
Dr. Briana Whiteside
Dr. Briana Whiteside is an author, international speaker, professor, and publisher who underscores the significance of fostering enduring connections between the secular and the sacred realms. Serving as the nexus between the poet and pastor, the artist and choir director, and the congregation in the pew and the clergy at the pulpit, she discerns a perpetual interweaving of these dimensions. Drawing inspiration from the Word of God and cultural insights, Briana is dedicated to leveraging this fusion to instigate positive transformation in the world. Her unwavering commitment lies in aiding women to uncover their identity in Christ, a pursuit that empowers them to walk in the liberating realm of freedom. Briana’s approach to life, characterized by its academic rigor, is strategically situated within the realm of teaching and mentoring, supported by a foundation of spiritual acumen and grounded in biblical truths. This unique combination of academic expertise and spiritual discernment positions her as a dynamic force in reaching and impacting a wide range of individuals.
