Today I’m sitting down with my friend Sarah Mae, and I can’t wait for you to hear this conversation. If you’ve followed Sarah for any length of time, you already know she brings a rare mix of honesty, hope, and hard‑won wisdom. And if you’re new to her story, you’re in for something really special.
Sarah opens up about the seasons that shaped her, the places where God met her in the middle of the mess, and the unexpected freedom that comes from telling the truth about your life. She has this way of sharing her story that makes you feel seen, understood, and a little braver about your own.
We talk about healing, identity, forgiveness, and what it looks like to let God rewrite the parts of your story you thought were set in stone. It’s tender, it’s real, and it’s full of the kind of encouragement that stays with you long after the episode ends.
Sarah is a writer, speaker, and creator who has helped countless women find hope in the middle of their hardest chapters. She’s known for her vulnerability, her humor, and her deep belief that redemption is always possible. I’m so grateful for her voice and for the way she shows up in the world.
You’re going to love this conversation.
